When is Valentine’s Day This Year?
Valentine’s Day is Tuesday, February 14th this year. If you’re ordering any custom gifts or unique gifts from speciality retailers, we suggest you order as early as possible to avoid shipping delays.
Flowers and Candy for Valentine’s Day
Flowers and candy are obvious choices for Valentine’s Day. Don’t sleep on these easy gifts because most everyone loves the gesture behind a bouquet of flowers or a box of their favorite chocolate candies.
Don’t Spend a Fortune on Flowers
You don’t have to go crazy and spend a ton of money on a pricey flower arrangement or a dozen of red roses. Trader Joe’s and Aldi have an excellent selection of fresh flowers for reasonable prices. Wrap the stems in colorful tissue paper and ribbon and call it a perfect gift.
Candy Doesn’t Have to Be Fancy!
Candy is always a fun gift, too. You can go big with a box of assorted chocolates from your favorite speciality candy shop or stay in budget with a heart-shaped box of Russell Stover from Target. I personally love all kinds of candy so I’d be happy with a couple of my favorite bags of Haribo gummies or a few boxes of those theater-sized boxes you can find just about anywhere. Really keep in mind what your valentine likes.
Valentine’s Gifts Ladies Will Love
Valentine’s Day is the holiday to tell the lady in your life that you appreciate them. I’ve pulled together more than a few gifts to choose from. You’ll notice a heavy emphasis on cozy, comfortable and comforting items, mostly because that’s what we would like to receive!
Gifts Guys Will Like This Valentine’s Day
Men can be really hard to buy for. Let’s be honest, my husband would probably be happy with his favorite meal and an extra long back rub! We’re sharing some thoughtful gift ideas for him below.
There’s this stereotype that women are expected to be showered with gifts on Valentine’s Day. We’re here to say that guys want to feel special, too.
