November was a big, fat disappointment for us. We’re dishing more about the highlights and lowlights during our monthly Long Story Short recap video and post later this week. Please subscribe to our YouTube channel or sign up for our monthly newsletter (click the Hello Bar above) so you don’t miss a thing around these parts!
So, November favorites! We were able to rally and find a few, great things during what was a pretty dismal couple of weeks. Watch our November Favorite video and don’t miss our notes and links below so you can find these things for yourself.
Trader Joe’s Face Mask Trio: You should know by now that Trader Joe’s has a pretty fantastic line of beauty products. These face masks are only $6.99 and they are lovely for yourself or a little gift to give.
Seche Vive Top Coat nail polish: Megan says this top coat is tops but definitely consider a mask to cover your face while painting your nails. Woah, the fumes!
Chapstick Total Hydration Moisture + Tint in Rose Petal: We’re both fans of this new product from Chapstick. The hint of color in both the Rose Petal and Merlot are fantastic. We want more colors, Chapstick!
Studio 35 Beauty nail polish remover: This is just pure fun from Walgreens.
It Cosmetics Superhero mascara: I’ve secretly been buying stuff from the QVC app since before Thanksgiving because they have the best prices from luxury beauty brands. I’ve used a lot of mascara from drugstore to Chanel and I love this one from It Cosmetics.
Elizabeth & James Nirvana Bourbon rollerball perfume: This is a spicy and warm scent from the Olsen twins. It tops my Christmas list since Megan shared it. So lovely!
Midnight Copper Scentsy Wax Warmer: I’m new to the wax melts and I’m really falling for how the scents fill my house without worrying about an open flame. Visit our friend Melissa Dell if you’re interested in getting yourself one.
LuLuLun Brightening Facial Masks: These are a Japanese sheet mask that brighten and tightens. I was mistaken thinking you could pick these up at Daiso for $1.50.
Podcasts: I can’t live without Slumber Party with Alie & Georgia or Gilmore Guys right now. Both are so great with intelligent guests and fun conversations.
Bobeau One-Button Wrap: Put this on your Christmas list! I love Megan’s and always want it for myself when I see her wear it.
Tell us what you’re loving right now so we can check it out!
