Summertime meal planning is so easy for me. Everyone is my family is pleased with a grilled steak and a salad on any given night. But come fall, meal planning gets to be far more difficult so I decided to subscribe to Home Chef late last year. I’ve now made over 25 Home Chef recipes and today I am going to share a few of my Home Chef favorite meals.

Favorite 15 Minute Meals from Home Chef
Home Chef offers quick and easy meals under their 15 Minute Meal Collection. The recipes are easy to put together and are perfect for the busy weeknights or even lunch time.
We love blue cheese and steak and this recipe was so easy to make. Cook the steak strips on the stovetop and then top the flatbreads and broil for a few minutes. This Home Chef recipe taught me the versatility of Naan flatbreads. They are available in most stores and I had never thought to use them as a pizza base before making this. This was definitely a Home Chef favorite meal!
Favorite Home Chef Culinary Collection Meal
The difference between Home Chef’s Culinary Collection and their Classic Collection is cost based on a speciality protein included. I don’t always select a meal from the culinary collection because the difficulty level can range from intermediate to expert and I’m just trying to get dinner on the table most nights.
This Home Chef recipe has forever changed how we eat steak in our home. We will never not top a grilled steak with goat cheese butter again. Game changer.
Classic Meal Kit Favorites from Home Chef
The bulk of the meals I select are from the Classic Meal Kit Collection from Home Chef. The difficulty level ranges from easy to intermediate and the cook time can range from 30-45 minutes. The bulk of that time usually makes up prepping and chopping ingredients.
I had some reservations about these BBQ Beef Enchiladas but they are so tasty! This has been our absolute favorite Home Chef recipe. We’ve made these several times since the original recipe came in our weekly subscription and my daughter even requested them for her birthday meal!
We don’t eat a lot of pasta in our home but threw that dietary restriction out the window for the Skillet Lasagna Bianca. I thought my family would hard pass on this dish because of the corn and spinach but it all works wonderfully together and is delicious meal skillet meal without being fussy. This is a Home Chef favorite for sure.
Salmon is a dish I wouldn’t normally make on my own but I chose this recipe in my very first Home Chef delivery. I learned I don’t need to be afraid to make certain recipes. This was incredible but I did make one slight alteration to the Home Chef recipe. Instead of pan frying the fish, I used my air fryer. I do this outside to avoid the house smelling like fish for days!
How Much Does Home Chef Cost Per Month?
