I love to work in the backyard. I don’t mind getting dirty and if my body is sore at the end of a long day, I know I put some good effort into our backyard garden. Even though I’m new to home gardening, it’s a hobby I really enjoy. We’ve created a gift guide for home gardeners – pros and beginners like myself.
I feel like everyone knows a home gardener. My dad and my in-laws are always in their yards working away on making their respective spaces beautiful and guess what? They are both on my holiday gift list this year.
Home gardening requires good tools, sun protection, a bunch of things that make the project easier like an apron or a compost bucket. Not to mention, unique needs like worm casings that make the worst dirt better. And, fun things. I personally want every gardening t-shirt I’ve linked below. You get really dirty working in the backyard, so why not give your favorite home gardener a funny or cute t-shirt to wear while doing it.
Best Tools for Home Gardeners
Fiskars make my personal favorite gardening tools because they are reasonably priced and nice quality.
The Best Gifts for the Home Gardener
I love this t-shirt and all the books. I won’t lie, I kind of hope I see a few of these things under my tree this year!
MasterClass for Home Gardeners
I’m a big fan of the online classes from MasterClass. Earlier this year, MasterClass debuted a gardening course from Ron Finley otherwise known as the “Gangsta Gardener” and he offers incredible instruction in Ron Finley Teaches Gardening for the new and experienced home gardener. I especially liked his information on soil!
