There’s no denying the special bond between grandmothers and their grandchildren. There are little things like knowing that my mom will always have the kids favorite snacks and drinks stocked when we visit. Then, there’s the big stuff like knowing that grandma is always going to be in your corner.
Mother’s Day often focuses on moms – as it should, but grandmas deserve recognition, too! All of the grandmas we know are the most touched by a personal gift. If it’s something hand made by their grandchildren? GRAND SLAM PRESENT right there.
What better way to say “Happy Mother’s Day” to your mom and thank her for being a loving grandmother to your kids all at the same time.
Which is why we created this “All About Grandma” questionnaire for you to download. It’s a super easy way for you to help your kids create a memory for their grandmother. It won’t cost you anything and you don’t even need any special supplies other that something to write and color with!
Make Grandma’s Mother’s Day with this Free Mother’s Day Questionnaire
If you have young children of your own and you’re wondering what to get for your mom? Look no further than this free printable. The best part? Your kids do all of the work (after you’ve printed it out for them.)
This printable with blank question spaces will allow your kids to personalize a special gift for their grandparent by answering fun questions.
Not only will this perfect gift create a sentimental keepsake for your mom, their grandmother, but it also gives them something to do. Consider breaking this out during that interminable time between homework and dinner. Boom – they’re busy with a fun activity AND they’re creating a gift.
This is a great way for young kids to DIY a gift without making a mess or requiring a ton of handholding.
The best part? The moment their grandma gets to open this up and read their sweet answers. Kids are known to say the funniest things as well as disarmingly precious comments. Hopefully a little bit of both. This is a great way to strengthen the bond between grandparents and their grandchildren.
Plus, every grandparent wants a chance to show off, so this is something they can display proudly! Kids can personalize their questionnaire with a drawing of their grandmother.

You can choose to include your completed questionnaire in a card, or you can take your presentation to the next level. Consider framing the finished questionnaire for easy displaying. We love the idea of also including a recent photo of grandma and her grandchild as well.
If you want the printable itself to last a little longer, choose to print on white cardstock rather than printer paper.
We think this is a fun way to celebrate grandma for kids of all ages. However, if you want to make this project more involved for older kids, they can write a letter to their grandma on the back of the printable questionnaire describing a favorite memory or telling them what they look forward to doing the next time they’re together.
