Should I Offer Snacks or Treats to My Delivery Driver?
Wondering what your delivery driver might want to snack on during his/her route? Go for individually packaged items. I like to include items like popcorn, chips, granola bars, candy bars, Pop Tarts, protein bars, packs of gum, beef jerky, nuts and cookies.
Small bottles of water are a great option to add to your delivery driver snack box but the real hit on my porch is Red Bull and Gatorade. I am constantly refilling these two drinks.
Add your items to a basket and set it out on your porch. Don’t forget to display our free delivery driver printable so your drivers know these goodies are for them!
Another thing you might add is a large bottle of hand sanitizer or container of hand wipes. In my experience, the hand sanitizer works best as drivers can pump and go instead of fishing out a hand wipe. Either way, this is an awesome courtesy you’re offering and drivers will be so appreciative.

This small token of gratitude will likely go a long way. We’ve all seen those viral videos of fragile packages being tossed from 20 feet away. Invite those drivers to gently place your items on your porch while they grab a cool drink.
