I love lemon desserts. It’s that tartness and bright flavor that brings me so much joy. If a lemon dessert is on a menu, you can bet I’m leaning towards getting it. I’ve rounded up my go-to five lemon desserts for summer. These are easy, no-fuss recipes when you’re looking for a little citrus zing!

The combination of lemon curd and So Delicious Dairy Free Coconut Whipped Topping sounds so light and refreshing. Add a bunch of fresh berries and it’s the perfect pool side snack, a brunch side dish, or something for the kids to snack on (and make themselves!) during the dog days of summer.
No-bake is a win during a summer heat wave. Actually, I don’t mind baking in the summertime as long as it’s first thing in the morning. But this isn’t that!
