Happy First Day of Fall! We’re kicking off the season right with a candy taste test.
We recently picked up two limited edition Brach’s candies: Double Crunch Maple Almonds and Double Crunch Pumpkin Pie Almonds. Editor’s note: We realize we titled our video thumbnail “Pumpkin Spice Almonds” but these are indeed pumpkin pie flavored.
I was expecting these to taste like a Jordan Almond and – spoiler alert – they do. Brach’s is selling these on their website as “Halloween” candies but they most definitely belong on your counter before Thanksgiving dinner because no one is sitting down to munch on these when there are mini Snickers to be had. Let’s keep it real.
Have you seen any bizarre Halloween candies yet? Just today I saw Sea Salt Chocolate and Brunch Flavored Candy Corn. I’m tempted to eat waxy french toast flavored candies but I don’t think Megan will go for that one (she hates candy corn just as much as I hate Love Actually).
