Around this time we would usually start preparing for our huge Halloween block party. Unfortunately, that’s not on the table this year. But we’re still determined to make Halloween a festive occasion in our house. There’s no rule that you need to have a big party in order to have fun and festive drinks, right? We’ve found some of the perfect Halloween Drinks for a party – even a very, very small one.
We know you likely have a lot of tastes to please at your Halloween party, so we’ve got Halloween drinks for everyone. We’ll start with your youngest attendees.
Halloween Drinks for Kids
Candy Corn Punch – It pains me to include this because I think candy corn is an abomination, but I know it has its fans. If you or your kids are among them, you might enjoy this drink. I’m sorry to say that I can’t come to your party, though.
Hocus Pocus Halloween Punch – Three ingredients and a peach/mango flavor – now we’re talking!
Gummy Worm Punch – This is exactly what it sounds like – a drink loaded with sour gummy candies. Go big or go home on Halloween, I guess.
Swamp Potion – Sherbet-based punches are always a crowd-pleaser.
Witches Brew – This vodka-based cocktail is such a beautiful deep purple color, you almost won’t want to drink it. But your guests will love these pretty shooters.
Magic Cotton Candy Martini – This is speaking my cotton-candy loving language! You can easily make this in a kid-friendly version, but mama doesn’t share cotton candy.
Black Magic Mules – I LOVE a mule and this blackberry infused version might be the winner on this list (as well as being the only one that won’t send me into a sugar coma.
Scary Mary – If you prefer savory to sweet, try this twist on the classic Bloody Mary. (The twist is really just the name, but go with me here.)
Halloween Drinks with Dry Ice
Before you attempt to liven things up with spooky, smoky drinks, read these tips on how to store and handle dry ice.
Ghost in the Graveyard – A spooky twist on the classic White Russian
Bloody Vampire – I would have chosen a different name, as nothing about drinking blood appeals to me, but this still looks fun and festive.
Vampire Cynar Negroni – This is easily the classiest drink on the list.
