For a long time POPSUGAR was the subscription box that I coveted. I enviously read posts with what everyone was receiving every month and watched discussions about who was getting the special edition boxes. For the past two Christmases my mom has gifted me a POPSUGAR subscription and it’s every bit as fun as I had hoped. Some of the boxes are big hits and some are less so, but it’s always fun to get a box of goodies and see what made the POPSUGAR cut.
The February box is just the sort of box that I would have envied of others. It’s full of big name brands and items I’ll actually use. Let’s get into it.
Victoria’s Secret Coconut Milk Body Lotion, $20 Reward Card and Sports Socks.
I was really happy with these items. The body lotion is a good size, smells great and I love the pump. The socks aren’t anything amazing, but I will definitely use them. The reward card has no minimum purchase! My biggest complaint about the cards included in these boxes are that you have to spend more money to use them, but not so with this one.
Fringe Studio Hello Beautiful Tray
I have trays everywhere and yet I still love this one. The navy and gold are a big YES from me.
Beauty Counter Cleansing Balm
Yes! I’ve never tried Beauty Counter products, but I’ve eyed them from afar. This comes with a muslin cloth and and itty bitty spatula and I can’t wait to try it.
Food Stirs Sugar Cookie Mix
There has been so much talk about this brand – Sarah Michelle Gellar is promoting EVERYWHERE – so I’m pretty excited to try this out with my kids.
Tilo Heart Scarf
This scarf is cute and lightweight and I like the grey color. POPSUGAR lists this as a $125 value which adds a ton of value to this box. $125 for this scarf? No. No way. However it is cute and fun and I’ll wear it.
Jewelry Storm Endless Arrow Ring
I like getting jewelry in these boxes, but this is really meh for me. It’s hard to adjust, not comfortable to wear and looks cheap on, quite frankly.
Overall, I loved this box. I never expect to love every single item in a subscription box, but when I like the majority of the items and there’s a mix of practical and fun, usually I’m pretty happy.
