It’s Pinterest project time! We’re making some DIY Spa Products and Wendy’s kitchen smells amazing right now. Do NOT be afraid of this one, because it is genuinely easy and it’s pretty much impossible to screw up. I promise. I’m speaking as someone who has screwed up MANY a Pinterest project. Read on to find out how to make an easy DIY body scrub!
You know how much we love our Tree Hut body scrubs, as we’ve talked about them many times on the podcast, but that’s a habit that could get expensive fast if we fall into the trap of wanting every new scent. With a few essential oils we can make all of the scents our little hearts desire for a fraction of the price.
How to Make Body Scrub at Home
First of all, every single supply can be found in your local grocery store, which is a win right there. I’ve looked at many recipes for spa products at home and they often require supplies that I would need to order online or hunt down in a specialty store and that right there is where I quit.
Back when we were hosting the Date My Dad pre-show we made these two products live on camera, so you KNOW that they are easy. Not only were we able to make them in the fifteen minute time frame we have for our pre-show, but there is no editing magic making these look easier than they really are. Are you convinced that these are, in fact, easy to make, yet?
If you need more convincing, watch the replay of our episode to see this DIY happen live!
