I love breakfast. A stack of sourdough toast, an omelet with spinach and mushrooms, pancakes topped with strawberries and whipped cream or a bagel and cream cheese. I love it all so much. But, I hate making myself breakfast. I’m guilty of grabbing a Pop Tart before I’ll scramble an egg. I’ve been working on eating at home in the mornings. So, we’ve rounded up a bunch of easy breakfast ideas to get the day started.
Last weekend we went out for breakfast and on the menu was a yogurt banana split. Cute name and even served in a banana split dish. It was really just yogurt, fresh berries and granola and it was so delicious.
